I didn't think I could love another character in this series as much as I loved Cayden and Brady but....I love Sawyer! Yes he is arrogant, cocky, full of himself but then I see his other side. There is so much more to him when he lets us in. But it takes a while for us to see the other side and only because of Aspen. She is smart, kind, loving and extremely caring of others. When she enters into the contract to be Sawyers girlfriend she knows full well what is expected of her and she never thought she would fall for him. It was about the money and how she could get her masters at Julliard and helping her brother with his money issues. For Sawyer it was all about keeping his career with the Nighthawks. What they end up getting is each other and it is so satisfying to see the growth in the relationship and the realization of a life together. The author gives Sawyer a touching and meaningful storyline with Daniel. I loved this part of the book! This series is so good I will reread it again in the future. I like the writing style of this author and enjoy her books. I highly recommend this book and series.

Stealing Sawyer is an emotional tug on your heartstrings. It will have you rolling your eyes, laughing, crying, and overjoyed by the time you're finished. The characters are so dynamic and the story line is so touching that you'll wish it wouldn't end. A perfect ending to this Perfect Game series. Another outstanding book from Samantha Christy to add to ALL her other phenomenal books. Simply amazing!
I absolutely loved this story and all of this series. The writing was phenomenal and I enjoyed how the author developed the characters and their romance story, it was written with lots of love and emotion.
The pace of this book was perfect from start to finish and the epilogue was one of the best I have read in a while.
Definitely a five star rating for this book and author, both are exceptional.
I've loved this series. Benching Brady and Catching Caden were wonderful to read and enjoy. But Stealing Sawyer just totally won my heart. It is emotional, gripping with many twists and turns and secrets that surprise and capture you. I couldn't put it down. Sawyer and Aspen are great protagonists and the family and friends surrounding them make it all so much better. Time to re-read them all again!
I absolutely LOVED Aspen and Sawyer’s book!! Sawyer...the quintessential one and done ball player, and sweet, unassuming Aspen are completely not right for each other. Right? Then when Sawyer comes up with his “plan” I thought for sure Aspen would tell him to take a hike....I loved the tension between them, I loved the banter...I loved THEM! But Sawyer has a pretty big secret. Don’t hesitate to one click this book...you won’t regret it!!
Albeit a pretty fair storyline, I was very disappointed in that Ms Christy thought she had to write so much vulgarity within the story. She chose to insert the "F" word throughout each and every page, more often than just once, not excluding other means of vulgarity. I doubt people whom have any smidgen of class use this language in their everyday lives.
I wouldn't give this book one half a star rating, but felt compelled to send a warning to those readers disgusted by the way some books are written. A good romantic book can be written without inserting vulgarity. For this reason, I do not recommend this book and I shall not be a fan of future of this person's writing. I cannot, in good conscience, classify her "an author"
Another great story from Samantha Christy. Sawyer and Aspen are struggling with crappy situations in their own lives and meet under unusual circumstances. Realizing they are drawn to each other and living this lie feels right. However, they fall in love and that's not supposed to happen. How can they change each other's minds and live happily together? Their story is a perfect ending to this series. You'll fall in love with Sawyer and Aspen, because of their vulnerability. Another emotional story that I couldn't put down.
Stealing Sawyer is book three of the Perfect Game series about professional baseball players and I have to say, I loved Sawyer as much as Caden and Brady from books one and two! This book is the typical “pretend your mine” so I can keep my job but is filled with lots of laughs, angst, and soul searching about what is important in life.

The book begins with Sawyer in danger of being traded to another team if he doesn’t portray a more wholesome image. They are tired of his improper behavior and when he meets Aspen, he feels all his problems will go away if he can convince her to go along with his plan. Aspen is someone I really admire– she’s smart, honest, caring, hardworking, musically gifted, and has a positive but realistic outlook on life. She is selfless and gives up her scholarship at Julliard to help her brother, Daniel, whom also has a backstory. They both are vulnerable and need each other, and over time, dream of a possible future together. Sawyer at first only offers financial assistance in exchange for her help convincing the world that he is no longer a player, but through their honest conversations and the time they spend together, their feelings become very real.

Sawyer is often misunderstood and comes off as arrogant and not willing to commit, but is very sweet and thoughtful where Aspen is concerned. She sees the good in him and makes him a better man, but it takes most of the book for him to come to realize it which was very frustrating at times. Aspen learns through his encouragement that she, too, is deserving of love, and that he is there for her unconditionally.

I love sports romances and this one, as well as the previous two books, really lived up to all of my expectations. Samantha’s writing makes you feel all of their pain and heartache, as well as their joys and triumphs. I especially loved the ending even though it felt like it took them a long time to get there. I wasn’t crazy about Bass who may be featured in his own story.
